First and foremost we want to tell you the wonderful thing about our holiday in your villa. We never imagined how beautiful, orderly and equipped. We congratulated you!!! We plan to go back in August, so I will contacting you soon. If it is not trouble we will be doing the check out at 12, for reasons of flight.

Even before we actually arrived, we already felt welcomed by the friendly and prompt responses by the owner, but that was a mere prelude to what wonderful-ness we would find once in heavenly Kisseemee. We took over the  house and found it not only housed everyone comfortably with 3 bedrooms/2 baths, but we all absolutely loved every single thing about the house; inside and out. The decor is eclectic in a tropical artistic way, yet has every modern amenity and lovely beds and bedding. This is not your typical vacation rental, with generic furnishings and artwork...this is a wonderful, warm and welcoming environment that feels like visiting a friends home. The house lends itself to entertaining due to the large screened in lanai and big dining table. The owner(s) take such loving care of the property (and recently improved the backyard with a new fence and screened in canopy) . The owners  stocked with the home with everything you could hope to find for beach activities and fun including bikes, an art area, games, movies etc.. The location is wonderful and there is room to park several cars. This makes for a  perfect respite and retreat. Overall one of the best vacation rentals one could ever hope to find...and indeed it is a find! . Plus there's a real full size BBQ.


Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

I first rented this villa last april, a lovely place and the owner is an easy person to deal with,the villa is very close to Disney and all the major attractions.I liked the villa so much that I rented the following year and I will rent it anytime I visit Orlando area.The inside and outside of the villa is excellent and very comfortable everything is there for you to enjoy your stay either for a week or longer I highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a really nice place to enjoy your Disney vacation.

Thanks for lovely stay at your kissimmee bungalow,it was absolutely perfect,It has a fabulous homely feel and a  great spacious layout, the heated pool was a bonus and so relaxing after a hard day walking round the theme parks,its in an ideal location for all the parks, shops and evening entertainment ! I am writing to thank you for what proved to be a wonderful 3 week stay at your holiday villa in Kissimmee Orlando. The villa was everything that you said it would be and then some. All five of us were so comfortable there that when we returned back to England our own home felt small and drab in contrast to the light and spacious villa that we had to leave behind. Everything was beutifull and the pool area was excellent I would be happy to live there it was that nice, well done.

Hi Keith,  

 

We have always been very happy with the villa at Montego Bay. The villa is in an ideal location for all the theme parks and shopping facilities. The cleanliness is excellent and everything is maintained to a very high standard.  The pool is always lovely and warm and the outside area very secluded. The management co is always friendly and very efficient at sorting out any minor problems that arise. We would have no trouble in recommending this villa to our friends and family, I  am very grateful to you and hope  that you are both well, We only have one comment against the villa and that is we miss all the tv channels that are no longer available, since you had netflix installed, as we are not film fans but that is just us  and is no reflection on the villa itself .
