Our Prices include ALL taxes - Electricity - Cable Television - Local telephone calls And inclusive of POOL HEATED to 80 Degrees

 

Special rates from £300 sometimes available for last Minute and Short stay bookings (please enquire)

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Payments and deposits

 

A deposit of £100 per week is payable on confirmed reservation (see cancellations below)
Payments are due in full 8 weeks before arrival

Telephone or online bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of the booking deposit this should reach us within 5 days of provisional booking.

 

Security Deposit

 

A security deposit of £150 is required on payment of the final balance.
This is refundable one month after departure assuming the home is vacated on time ,there are no breakages or damage to the property and the home is left in a tidy condition.

 

Occupancy

 

Only the persons specified on the booking form are entitled to occupy the home.

The home can be occupied at 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

 

Cancellations

 

The booking deposit is non refundable,should you have to cancel within 8 weeks of your intended occupation you will be charged for the period in full should we be unable to re-let the home. When placing a booking you agree to pay in full for your booking unless you give 8 weeks notice of cancellation in writing.

 

Liability

 

We cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any guest or visitor to our homes or using our pools.
Children of ALL ages should be supervised when around the pool deck or in the pool,no one should swim alone and the pool alsrms should under no circumstances be disabled in any way.

We accept no liability for loss,damage or breakages arising from your occupation of our homes or damage or matters arising that are beyond our control including acts of God,war,terrorism,strikes,fire,flood or weather conditions etc.

 

Insurance

 

Our homes are fully insured and licensed as rental homes,we strongly advise that you arrange adequate personal insurance in your own country prior to departing for all members of your party especially medical insurance as any type of treatment in America is very expensive.

 

Further Information

 

We will send directions and the access code to enable you to gain entry to our homes 14 days prior to your departure.
